This tool is a lifesaver! I recently started hauling containers and these door handles are higher up and not easy to open/close. I struggled daily before getting the OPNbar. Since I've had it, my life is so much easier. I highly recommend this product. Thank you OPNbar, for making such a great product!

The OPNBar tool was designed to provide some extra leverage for opening shipping containers. I've discovered this tool is handy when leverage is needed for a few other applications as well. I bought an OPNBar tool for my truck (F150) after getting a flat in a work truck (also F150). The lug nuts on work truck were over-tightened or rusted on and I could not get them loose with the standard lug wrench that came with the truck. Luckily that work truck had an OPNBar in the tool box and luckily it just fit over the lug wrench giving me the extra leverage needed to change the tire. After receiving my OPNBar, I discovered it just perfectly fits over the 14 mm Craftsman wrench needed for changing the drive belt on an Accord. The length of the wrench alone was too short to get a good grip to release the spring tensioner pulley. I was able to complete the drive belt remove and installation myself (was expecting it to be a 2 person job). OPNBar was not designed or intended to be used for either of these applications but worked perfectly for both. Looking forward to new applications where OPNBar will provide the leverage needed to get the job done.

As a practicing Chiropractor, I feel that this is an invaluable tool to prevent work injuries, especially of the shoulder, wrist and back. It's ergonomic design was well thought out . I 'am impressed.

AFTER creating this short video of the NEW & REVISED design of the #shippingcontainer tool produced by OP'N BAR - I found it necessary to use or at least one of the Marshals at Pentalver Southampton alongside the Lady driver of another truck- were having extreme difficulty closing the handles of a container they'd opened to inspect. The Marshal was handed the bar and he closed one of the handles (having already spent his energy to begin with- he left it at that and brought me the bar back). At this point I saw my chance to find out myself: I climbed out and shut the handle he'd left hanging (We were in the safe area where twistlocks can be manipulated). "I found this new bar to be PERFECT! Right length, RIGHT BEND and RIGHT FOR THE PURPOSE INTENDED- I WHOLEHEARTEDLY suggest STRONGLY that operators and Ports obtain these bars. THESE BARS ARE A 'SAFETY TOOL' and in my now experienced opinion ought to be issued to EVERY DRIVER that transports #shippingcontainers ANOTHER CONSIDERATION: IF- that one in a million occurrence happens where you get into an altercation whilst doing your walk round checks: if you are with a scaffold pole or similar the police can construe it as a weapon whereas the OPN BAR is a 'Tool' constructed with a purpose other than a weapon- if you happen to utilise it to defend yourself from possible stabbing etc- the law is still on your side. I CANNOT speak more highly of the OPN BAR- especially the NEW REVISED VERSION- which in itself proves Paul Galido and crew are on our side and do actually have Safety as their spearhead.
